Is Internet Shopping Safe?

How to order

DymoKing only offers online shopping facilities using our Shopping Cart facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply select the product that you wish to order and add it to your Shopping Cart. The Cart will automatically start calculating how much your order comes to while you shop. Once you have finished shopping, simply follow the prompts which will show you through to the payment area.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments online through eWay. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information with industry high-grade standard 256-bit encryption when you purchase your products from Accessibility Online.

We also have PayPal payment online. Choose the PayPal option and the instructions provided will take you through the process via PayPal.

All information provided is protected by our strict privacy policy, in which your contact details will not be shared with any third parties.

GST
There is GST included on all shipping and products. The GST is shown in the tax invoices we provide.

Out of Stock

In the event that DymoKing is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and let you know how long your order will take to complete, or offer you an alternative product – which ever suits you best. In the event that the product/s you wish to buy are on promotion and DymoKing is out of stock, DymoKing reserves the right not to honour the promotion if the supplier ends the promotion or runs out of stock.

Postage and Delivery

Australian Customers
Our products are delivered to all areas of Australia using Australia Post. 99% of our orders ship via Express Post which is traceable and should be delivered within 1-2 business days anywhere within Australia. This can vary in more isolated areas which could take up 3-5 days. We charge a simple flat rate of $7.95 for all orders.

Please remember that Australia Post will only deliver to a Post Box or Letter Box and are unable to offer special delivery methods. Examples of this are: ‘Please leave the parcel at the back of the house as we won’t be home during the day!’ Australia Post will leave a collection card for you which will require you to visit your local Post Office to receive your parcel.

New Zealand Customers
Our products are delivered to all areas of New Zealand using Australia Post. 99% of our orders ship the same day and approximately take 4-7 working days to be delivered. We charge a simple flat rate of $25.00 for all orders.
