POSTAGE & HANDLING
DymoKing uses an array of different couriers for its deliveries throughout Australia, and therefore can not guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide a fixed address for your order to prevent disappointment.
We have a flat rate fee of $7.95 for all deliveries Australia-wide.
We do not take responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery addresses and details provided to DymoKing are correct.
It is recommended that someone should be at the delivery address to accept goods as our couriers will either leave the product unattended if requested by the customer in the comments section, or if unsafe a card will be left and the customer will need to visit their local post office to collect. Should DymoKing incur any additional delivery costs as a result of any inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, these additional costs will be passed onto the customer.
We can also issue a Proof of Delivery upon request. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
DymoKing endeavours to process, pick and despatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of the order being received. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm in each state/territory.
DymoKing makes every effort to deliver products in accordance with estimated delivery dates; however estimated dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, closures, freight delays, etc.). In the event there is a problem despatching your order you will be advised with the order confirmation.
