All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number by DymoKing.

Should you wish to return an item(s), you must Contact Us so we can pre-register your return and give you a Return Authorisation Number. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.

*We will offer a refund/exchange on all products purchased from DymoKing. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund and/or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

If you have a faulty item, please Contact Us so we can assess your circumstances. We will either send you a replacement straight away or we might require you to return the faulty item(s) for assessment.

3M Industrial: To ensure efficient warranty support, please visit the 3M Website and register your product. The registration of the product will ensure you have efficient warranty support well after the purchase.

*Depending on the circumstances, the return of the goods could be at your own expense. Please clarify this with us when requesting the Return Authority Number.
